Our work with the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP) Rental Assistance Demonstration program is on-going multi-phase project involving the development of plans, specifications, and construction administration for complete renovations of eleven properties, from high rise towers to single-family unit developments, mostly constructed in the 1970s.
These multi-family communities total over 2,200 units and house approximately 8,050 El Pasoans in need and are to be converted to Tax Credit funded properties under the HUD RAD program.
