Pinto Tower

Renovation of an eight-story multi-family concrete building which includes the demolition of all finishes, flooring, ceiling, and as well as all gypsum board, windows, lighting, plumbing, mechanical systems and fixtures, cabinetry, and ceiling tiles. New work includes the installation of new storefront windows, new interior and exterior doors, new finishes, and new cabinetry.
