Chelsea Apartments

The Chelsea Community Renovation included a ten-story high-rise building with 199 apartments and 32 quadraplex cottages for a total of 330 units. The work included the replacement and upgrades of all finishes for floor, walls, and ceilings, as well as new windows, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and fixtures. Site upgrades included new exterior lighting, landscaping, playground equipment, and accessibility.
