Williams Complex

The HOME-owned Williams Complex is a cozy community for the elderly that it is in good condition, with several green areas and mature trees. The complex consists of six flat-style buildings with four units. Each building is interconnected with a breezeway. Currently only two of the twenty-four units are handicap accessible, with an accessible route and handicap parking. 

 The interior and exterior renovation will provide a better quality of life for the residents, with new fixtures, appliances, millwork, finishes, refrigerated air, and other amenities. All interior spaces will comply with UFAS and Texas Accessibility Standards. 

 Exterior improvements consist of new covered entrances, patios, leisure areas with picnic tables and grills, a gazebo, and a community building renovation/expansion. All these amenities will provide and encourage a much needed social and active life for the residents. 

 Our team has worked closely with the HOME representatives and consultants to both upgrade and refresh the complex’s image, while reinforcing design and optimizing functionality.
