Machuca Apartments

Built in 1971 and 1976, this apartment complex located on El Paso’s westside is to be entirely renovated and upgraded. The property began with 122 units and the rehabilitation included upgrading 24 residential buildings, a community center, office building and a laundry building for a new total of 144 units. The main objective is to update this complex, on 10.6 acres, into an inclusive place for the residents. Our team has worked closely with HOME representatives and consultants to both upgrade and refresh the complex’s image, while reinforcing design and optimizing functionality.
