Graham Community Renovation

The Graham Community is 63-unit duplex housing complex on 4.7 acres, originally built in 1982, and comprised of mostly 3-bedroom dwellings. Site upgrades include accessibility compliance to 2010 ADA standards and essentially all new amenities with a new playground equipment, new exterior furnishings, basketball court, new landscape and irrigation integrating existing mature material to promote community activity as well as improve the quality of life for residents and their families.

Unit renovations encompass energy efficiency upgrades with new HVAC systems, LED lighting and Energy Star appliances. All new interior finishes and updated or repaired front porches, exterior finishes, and new rear covered patios.
