Built in 1973, this apartment complex located in El Paso’s Mission Valley was entirely renovated and upgraded. The property features 144 units that were completely gut rehabilitated including new energy efficient electric and HVAC systems, appliances, and updated site amenities. The main objective was to update this complex into an inclusive place for people with disabilities. Our team has worked closely with the HOME representatives and consultants to both upgrade and refresh the complex’s image, while reinforcing design and optimizing functionality.
