Sun Plaza Community

Sun Plaza Community is a historic tax credit project consisting of a nine-story high rise and 22 one-story cottage buildings, totaling 330 units on a ten-acre parcel in the Magoffin Federal Historic District. This is a senior community. The interior and exterior renovations include new fixtures, appliances, finishes, and other amenities, bringing the facilities to local, state, and federal accessibility compliance. All building systems, central mechanical plant and entire electrical and plumbing were replaced and upgraded including exterior and interior enhancements improving the quality of life for this HOME community.
