This project involved the renovation of an existing building for a tenant improvement, converting the space into a pediatric medical office for Dr. Canales in El Paso. The scope included selective interior demolition and remodeling to modify the layout into a functional clinic with exam rooms, waiting areas, triage rooms, doctors’ offices, reception, nurse stations, and a staff lounge.
