Patriot Place is a housing development project for the Housing Authority of El Paso, consisting of two phases: IIA and IIB. The first phase includes the construction of 40 apartment units in three two-story buildings on a 4.87 acre site. The second phase is a continuation of the development consisting of 64 apartment units in four two-story buildings on a 4.25 acre site. Both phases feature a mix of one- two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including ADA-accessible units. The scope of work in both phases includes site preparation, grading and drainage, walkways, landscaping and irrigation, parking areas and a playground.
