Jennings Medical Center

The Jennings Medical Center was designed as a one-story, 18,800 square foot building housing a clinical space and medical offices. With an anticipated location near U.S. Highway 54 in northeast El Paso, the building was to be constructed of concrete panels poured on location and tilted up into position to form walls.
