Lomaland Center

Lomaland Center

The Lomaland Center was once home to the original Levi’s manufacturing plant, which was later converted into office space for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce in the early 80’s. In 2013, the existing 100,000 square foot building was re-purposed into a multi-tenant commercial office facility, with separate access for each tenant. The rehabilitation included new interiors, HVAC, facades, windows, parking and handicap accessibility upgrades. The three offices were completed in 2014 and are currently home to Savers Contact Center, Igate Data Center and the Texas Workforce Commission.
