The University of Texas at El Paso transformed Seamon Hall, built in 1925, into the Rubin Center, preserving its Bhutanese architectural style while integrating contemporary interiors. Originally part of the Texas College of Mines, it now serves as an exhibition space and Contemporary Art Study Center.
