The Cincinnati Avenue Pedestrian Improvements project enhances the public experience in a popular restaurant area. It includes two lighted arch structures, programmable LED string lighting, and a new street parking design with landscaping, garden seating, and unique bicycle racks. This initiative is part of the new El Paso Trolley System.
