In 1925, Henry Trost designed a warehouse at Florence and Overland. Wright & Dalbin helped convert it into a mixed-use facility with ten residential units and ground floor retail. The industrial aesthetic features exposed concrete, brick, and ductwork. The project promotes New Urbanism, revitalizing downtown El Paso with upscale living.
