The Commons on Dyer

The Commons on Dyer will be a ten unit affordable housing apartment complex, comprised of one and two bedroom residences. The infill development will be constructed on a vacant lot on Lincoln Avenue in the Lower Dyer neighborhood. The project is expected to receive a Designed to Earn the Energy Star rating from the Department of Energy.
