Renaissance Gateway Apartments

The Renaissance Gateway project tasks Wright & Dalbin with the major rehabilitation of a 207 unit apartment complex. The apartments were originally built in 1973, and require extensive remodeling after decades in Louisiana’s relentlessly wet and humid climate. Wright & Dalbin Architects, Inc. was hired by Community Development Incorporated, a non-profit corporation dedicated to improving lives by offering housing and programs in multiple states. The finished project will expand Baton Rouge’s limited availability of Section 8 housing.
