Lower Dyer Neighborhood Housing

As part of a HUD Community Development Block Grant, the Lower Dyer Neighborhood Housing project is designed to revitalize a distressed neighborhood. Incorporating principles of New Urbanism, the neighborhood will be pedestrian friendly and conveniently linked to mass transit, with reduced front offsets to integrate residents with the neighborhood. The single family dwellings are dedicated for low income, first time home buyers, and received the Designed to Meet the Energy Star rating from the Department of Energy.
