Laureles del Este

Located on roughly two acres in Fabens, Texas, Laureles del Este is a multi-family housing complex consisting of forty units. The three residential buildings house units ranging from one to three bedrooms. We are designing a portion of these units for handicap accessibility, including modifications for those who are visually and hearing impaired. In addition to a playground, a clubhouse is also provided offering a furnished community room, fully equipped fitness center, and offices.
