This project, situated in El Paso County within the ETJ (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) of Clint, Texas, unveils 44 single-family homes spread across 6.49 acres of land. The development comprises 24 two-bedroom homes and 20 three-bedroom homes, all constructed to meet TDHCA (Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs) standards. Each two-bedroom home covers approximately 1,200 square feet, while each three-bedroom home spans approximately 1,500 square feet. The site features a 2,000 square foot community building equipped with essential amenities including a community room, flex room, laundry facilities, maintenance facilities, and an office. Additionally, there is a half basketball court adjacent to the playground to further enhance community engagement.
