Annunciation House

The project consists of the gut rehabilitation of the existing 7,300 square-feet emergency and transitional housing center for immigrant refugees. The building is considered a historic landmark by the City of El Paso and has a State designation as such. Built in 1910, with an expansion soon after, this 2-story brick building will include a dining/lounge areas, kitchen, bathrooms and sleeping rooms. The proposed work incorporates its historic integrity with selective interior partition wall and floor demolition to allow for a new interior layout to accommodate up to 80 people.
