Garrick Group New Headquarters

Garick Group New Headquarters project includes the company’s new 9,800 square foot office and 40,000 square foot warehouse/manufacturing building on a 4-acre site in East El Paso. The owner wanted a contemporary facility that would both be energy efficient and durable, with low maintenance costs. The concrete tilt up wall system was selected for both structures. The office building along the street creates an individual style architecture with side wall projections and awnings for sun control.
