New Pre-K - 4 Elementary School, El Paso, Texas

This project was on a fast-track with design completed in two phases (site work and shell for phase 1 and tenant improvement for phase 2). The facility was designed and constructed in 10 months to adhere to the school timeline for opening in August 2016. It is a 40,00 square-foot facility that consists of 24 classrooms, administration, cafeteria, and gymnasium.
