EPISD Hughey Ross PK-8

The Hughey Ross PK-8 project is an ongoing joint venture with WDA and Greer Stafford. The new replacement campus will host 1,700 students and consists of 120,000 sf of new building additions for core share spaces for a library, administration, and new middle school classrooms, fine arts and school gym. Hughey Elementary buildings will be completely renovated and integrated with the new construction to form one campus

The total overall budget for Hughey Ross is $37,800,000. Construction is anticipated to begin fall of 2018, with completion in fall of 2021.
