Kung Fu Tea

Kung Fu Tea is America’s largest bubble tea brand with over 250+ locations across the U.S. The first franchise storefront will be opening in El Paso and is located at the Fountain’s of El Paso. WDA was contracted to provide full architectural services for the 900 sq. ft. space. The scope of work included mechanical, electrical and plumbing, in order to compliment the franchise requirements for the space. In addition, coordination was provided for the owner, franchise designer, and contractor(s) on the project.
