CA One Capital Improvements

This award winning project involved the renovation of six lease spaces in the El Paso International Airport. Commercial design acknowledged local culture through fanciful adaptation of geography and history. Two of the spaces ranked first in the "Best Retail/Specialty Program" category in the Airport's Council International -- North America "Excellence in Airport Concessions" contest. The work included complete new interior design, finishes, furniture, fixtures, new kitchens, bars, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety and handicap accessibility compliance in accordance with federal, state and city codes and regulations. The scope of services included design and construction administration.
