Dowling Aquatic Base

WDA is master planning the entire site starting with a new structure for a new attractive assembly facility out of the FEMA floodway. The new facility will serve community assembly activities, indoor lobby space for RV campers, kitchen, family tenting and/ or small cabins. Scout camping area with access to the river, bathrooms, office, and storage. Outdoor patio areas and parking will be included.
