Garcia Enriquez Middle School

This SEISD addition is approximately 33,600 square feet for 14 classrooms, 2 science labs, storage area, public restrooms and the Main Distribution Facility for the entire district. The library addition consists of a reading room, conference rooms, a classroom, administrative offices, storage area, work space, and public rest rooms.

The buildings are connected by a covered walkway. The site improvements include two courtyards devised to enhance learning and encourage students to interact in an open-air and natural environment.

The overall project was designed to fulfill the requirements for an "exceptional" rating from the Texas Education Agency.
