Wright & Dalbin is a local architecture firm with a global perspective. We employ architects from around the world and around the corner. Incorporated in El Paso in 1986, Wright & Dalbin devotes itself to client service, whether engaged for design, engineering, or project management. We meet deadlines and budgets, and consistently exceed our clients' expectations. We've designed multiple projects for one client since 1989. We build schools and shopping centers and homes and medical clinics, but we also build relationships.


Renaissance Gateway nominated National Top Development

Renaissance Gateway, a 208-units apartments rehabilitation project Wright & Dalbin designed in Baton Rouge Louisiana, has been nominated as one of the nation’s top developments of 2014-2015 by Affordable Housing Finance Magazine.

“The finalists will be featured in the July/August issue of Affordable Housing Finance and online at www.housingfinance.com, and then magazine and e-newsletter subscribers will select the winners of each category as well as one overall winner during online voting between July 13 and Aug. 14. Voters must be valid subscribers as of July 1.”

Originally built in 1973, the complex required extensive rehabilitation to new building code andHUD standards . New site amenities include a community center, swimming pool, exercise room, business center, meeting rooms, and community outreach program offices. Outdoor features include playgrounds, picnic areas, BBQ grills, play court, walking paths, and convenient school bus zone. WDA provided architectural/engineering design, and construction administration services while helping navigate federal requirements. We’re honored to have helped build a better community!
